1. Scope and provider
These Terms of Use apply to the foluno website and web application. The provider is 4vor4 UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bromberger Straße 20, 25474 Ellerbek, Germany. Full provider and contact details are available in the legal notice.
These terms apply to consumers and business users. Where a provision applies to only one of these groups, this is stated expressly. Mandatory consumer-protection rules remain unaffected.
2. Purpose of foluno
foluno is a self-managed wealth cockpit. You can organise real estate, private holdings, securities, accounts, liabilities, and other assets in a consolidated overview, value them manually, document them by valuation date, and export them locally. Depending on the asset class, supplementary market, instrument, or currency data may be retrieved.
Features, supported asset classes, and data coverage may change as the product evolves. There is no entitlement to specific features or the permanent availability of individual external data sources.
3. No financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
foluno is a tool for self-managed documentation and presentation. Content, metrics, simulations, search results, and market information are general information. They are neither an individual investment recommendation nor financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and neither an offer nor a solicitation to buy or sell a financial instrument.
You make decisions on your own responsibility. Verify material information against suitable original sources and consult qualified advisers where necessary. Additional explanations are available in the financial and data notices.
4. Local session and your backups
Under the current product design, wealth data is held only in your active browser session. Your entries may be lost if you close or reload the session. You are responsible for exporting a complete backup file in time, storing it securely, and checking that it can be restored.
Enter only data that you are legally entitled to use. Avoid unnecessary personal data about third parties. foluno does not replace legally required bookkeeping, document retention, or tax records.
5. Data quality and external services
Market prices, reference data, compositions, exchange rates, and other information may come from external providers. Data may be delayed, incomplete, preliminary, or incorrect. Trading venues, currencies, instrument variants, and valuation dates may differ. foluno therefore does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of external data.
You must clearly verify instruments before adopting them and independently verify all values material to decisions or reports. External services may change their terms, interfaces, coverage, or availability at any time.
6. Permitted use
foluno is intended for adults with legal capacity. In particular, you must not:
- use foluno unlawfully or infringe third-party rights,
- attack the service, circumvent safeguards, distribute malware, or make abusive automated requests,
- resell, reproduce at scale, or systematically extract provided data,
- use foluno as a regulated advisory, trading, or custody service without the required authorisation.
We may block access in cases of misuse where necessary and proportionate.
7. Rights in foluno and your content
foluno, its design, software, text, and marks are legally protected. Unless otherwise agreed, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use foluno for your own private or internal business purposes. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.
Your entries and exported files remain your data. You do not grant 4vor4 rights to use, sell, or market your wealth data for advertising.
8. Free and Private Premium
The designated basic scope is provided free of charge. Private Premium unlocks the extended scope described at purchase for the foluno account used. The license is non-exclusive, personal, and non-transferable.
Private Premium is offered for a one-time payment without automatic renewal. “Lifetime access” means that the unlocked license has no scheduled expiry date; it does not promise that the service will exist or remain unchanged indefinitely. Acquired rights and mandatory statutory claims remain unaffected.
Time-limited test, voucher, or promotional codes may instead unlock Private Premium only until the date stated for that code. They are personal, non-transferable, and can be removed from the account. They do not create an entitlement to permanent lifetime access.
You can permanently delete your foluno account yourself. This removes the foluno sign-in and license assignment; purchased Premium access can then no longer be used through that account or restored automatically. Account deletion is not a notice of withdrawal and does not trigger an automatic refund. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected; order, invoice, and payment records that must be retained by law may remain with the merchant of record.
Ordering and payment are handled by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, registry code 16977866) as merchant of record and contractual reseller for the transaction. The total price, payment and tax information displayed in the Creem checkout, together with the Creem Buyer Terms, govern the order. The license is activated after successful confirmed payment and may be deactivated following a full refund, chargeback, or justified suspension. Mandatory consumer withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected. Information about the processing of personal data during the order is available in our Privacy Policy.
9. Availability, changes, and termination
We strive to operate foluno securely and reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security measures, technical disruptions, or external-service failures may temporarily limit functions. Features may be changed or discontinued where technically, economically, legally, or security-wise necessary.
You may stop using foluno at any time. Export your data first. Closing a local session may permanently remove the wealth data it contains.
10. Liability
4vor4 is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, under the German Product Liability Act, and within the scope of expressly assumed guarantees. For a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Statutory provisions for services provided free of charge remain unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, liability for data loss is limited to the typical restoration effort that would have arisen with proper, regular backups.
11. Changes to these terms
Changes apply only for the future. For ongoing contracts, we will make changes only for an objective reason, giving appropriate consideration to your interests and reasonable advance notice. Mandatory statutory rights and previously acquired claims remain unaffected.
12. Governing law and contact
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections of the state of your habitual residence remain unaffected. Statutory places of jurisdiction apply.

13. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board under the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
